Association of Young Journalist of Montenegro was the main initiator for creation of Law on Free Access to Information in Montenegro, and today it is one of the most important factors in its implementation.

“Information is oxygen of democracy” and “Everyone has a right to ask, receive and share information and ideas”, and without it, it is not possible to make efficient governing control, more precisely, it is difficult to have responsible Government, it is easy to hide corruption, impossible to vote freely.
