Agency for National Security delivered to AYJ segments of the `top secret` report

ANB  esteem  FAI Law provisions. AYJ sent request for free access to information to Agency for National Security in order to acquire confidential report, previously sent to Committee for Security of the National Assembly of the Republic of  Montenegro. Daily newspaper “Vijesti” published segments of the reports and afterward its journalists  Neđeljko Rudović and Vladan Zugić were interrogated  by police.
Agency for National Security delivered reports  containing label “top secret”  to AYJ on the 27 August. Some parts of the reports are erased in accordance to Article 13 of the Free Access to Information Law.
Association of Young Journalist is satisfied with Agency for National Security`s competent and apropos implementation of the Free Access to Information Law.
