AYJ on the 10 September sent 131 requests for access to information to the state bodies

AYJ on 10th September has sent 131 new requests for access to information.41requests were e-mailed,and 90 of them were sent by recommended mail.This time AYJ was interested in that if public authority employees were attending some kind of courses,trainings or seminars which will provide them  promoting and enlargment of their professional knowledge.

Economic Court in Bijelo Polje was requested to provide copy of privatization contract which was made in the course of bankruptcy of Zabljak hotels: Jezera, Planinka, Zabljak and Ski center Bjelasica, also.

Ministry of defence was requested to provide copy of contract which was made with Niksic Zeljezara, and which concerns refounding of 61 tenks, that were in possession of Montenigrin Army, than copy of contract which concerns selling of armament: rockets, torpedos, submarines and boats to the following companies: Jugoimportmont, Cofis 1, Euris, Luminiscencija and Montmetal.

The Ministry of interior Affairs and Public Administration was requested to provide copy of contract which concerns holding of Russian copter for fire extinction, than copy of contract which is worth over 6 millions of euros (ili samo €), which was signed with american company „Data Card“, and which concerns production of new identifacation cards.

University and RTVCG were requested to provide copy of contract which made possible study courses attending  under special treatment for 15 of it`s journalists and editors.

 We are still expecting answers on those requests.
