Contract which concerns selling of 60 tenks to Zeljezara Niksic and contract which concerns selling of two rockets SOPL Rubez to company Cofis 1 from Tivat-business secret.
Ministry of defence has sent contracts which concerns selling of outlayed torpedos and vessels to the following companies: „Jugoimportmont“,“Montmetal“,“Luminiscencija“ and „Euris“ on 18.10.2007.,because AYG requested it from them, but they refused to give contract which concerns refounding of 60 tenks of Montenigrin Army,which was made with Zeljezara and contract which concerns selling of 2 rocketsa which was made with company Cofis 1 from Tivat, because, all of this is , as they said, business secret.
Against those decisions –refusal of making those information free for public, AYJ will sent an complaint to Administrative Court. |
