Government has finally made Statute which considers cost recovery within procedure of access to information. They are, among the rest defined in further amounts:
Information copying:Size A4 black and white- 0, 10 E for page
Size A4 colored           - 1, oo E for page

Information distribution:
Via fax: 0, 20 E for page

Although FAI law appointed that authority organ should in those occasions charge only real costs, by  Government statute real cost are that several-fold  measured, so that they are much higher than prices in city copy shops, on commercial bases. Namely, copying of one A4 page in city “copy shops” in Podgorica is 0, 02 – 0, 05 Euros. Obviously Government wanted to restrict right for access to information, even by this.
