Association of young journalists has sent on 11.06.2009. by registered leter mail 70 requests for free access to information, to authority organs in Montenegro (to agencies, municipalities, institutes, ministries, administrations, funds, Government, University...)

From Ministry of traffic, maritime affaris and telecommunications we requested copy of concession contract about building highway Bar - Boljare, which was signed recently by minister mr.Lompar and mr. Zderic ahead of croatian company Konstruktor.

Here we can say with pleasure that percent of administration silence is less than average percent of administration silence in the last two years (it was 50 %), improvement in this regard is in particular obvious in municipality organs. Yet we are still reserved in more particilar evaluation, considering that this is just a beginning of contination of the project Monitoring of Implementation of free access to information law and our first monthly report.
