AYG has submitted claim to the Administrative court of Montenegro on 31.07.2009. against decision of Ministry of traffic, maritime affaris and telecommunications, by which was denied AYJ’ s request for free access to information- concession contract about building thoroughfare Bar - Boljare, which was signed recently by minister mr.Lompar and mr. Zderic ahead of croatian consortium Construktor.

In their decision explanation, by which they’ve denied us access to the contract, it is instigated that parties to a contract have anticipated privacy of information by one point.

AYG finds that this decison of Ministry of traffic, maritime affaris and telecommunications is illegal, and that Administrative Court will cancel it.
