From March Association of Young Journalists is testing implementation of  Law on free access to information. Based on hither practice and statistic we have made and published p lists of best and worst organs. Top lists are made according consecutive criteria: number requests sent and received answers, promptitude of reply, whether replies arrived in legally defined deadline, whether within the reply there is also decision on permission to access information and what kind of decision is, whether organs that we test made and published their own guides.

Announcement will be placed at the end of every month on our web site as also trough press releases. At the end of the project it is planned to have certificate awards for best and worst Governmental organs.
